Join us this April for our 4th Annual Whole Hog Roast! We’ve once again partnered with the amazing fellas from Rub Your Meat BBQ to bring you a 200+ pound Whole Berkshire Hog from Tender Belly! This is an amazing heritage breed and some of the best pork available.
LIVE Music from 12 – 3 by CrossTown Players to really kick up the party and we will have Happy Hour $4.50 Push Mowers to wash down all the amazing porky goodness!
Reservations for parties of 6 or more are highly encouraged (give us a call!) We will begin serving the pork along with all the sides beginning at noon sharp. Doors open at 11am and the hog will be served until the hog is gone. There is no cover charge or other fees. Each serving will consist of approximately 1/2 pound of pork deliciousness and Chef’s House Cowboy Beans some delicious Cornbread and we’ll put some green veges in there so we all don’t feel too guilty. Price of the platter will run from $16 – $20 depending on the commodity rate of the pork once the order is locked in – we expect to be at $18 a platter.
The event time is reflective of the period that CrossTown Players will be playing. The hog will be served for the entire day until it is gone. Hog will be served buffet style by Chef Michael and Matt beginning at 12 noon with the doors opening at 11.
