We request the honor of your company on 29 August at 6pm for a three course tasting dinner featuring the hand-crafted libations of Redwood Empire Whiskeys.  Redwood Empire is a northern california distillery that crafts quality whiskeys amongst the beautiful terroir of the California Redwoods.  Chef Michael has taken inspiration from California focused cuisine to assemble this amazing menu.  Each course, to include the Amuse, will feature a cocktail crafted from Redwood Empire Whiskeys.  Each cocktail will be originally crafted by our Peoria Artisan Staff.  A representative from Redwood Empire will be in attendance in order to share their process and passion.  The meal is as follows:

Redwood Empire Cocktail: Bourbon Sidecar

In order to reserve, please follow the PayPal link below and make your purchase.  The price you pay ahead of time is all inclusive meaning that you will not have to pay at the event at all because everything to include tax and tip is paid ahead of time.

In full disclosure, I believe it is important that we provide you the full break-down of the pricing for all items.  Each drink is priced at $10 (Mint Julep, Old Fashioned, Rye on the Rocks w/ Candied Ginger, Bourbon Sidecar for a total of $40), the Amuse is priced at $7, the mail course at $18, and dessert at $8.  Each food item and cocktails come to a total of $73 per person.  Gratuity of 18% and tax of 9.1% is added in PayPal (the 18% is applied to food and drink items only, not to the tax).  No purchase will be necessary at the event unless additional items are requested.

We are unfortunately unable to separate costs or share meals due to limited space.  Please inform us of any allergies when making your purchase.  Vegetarian options are available on a limited basis, please provide notification when making your purchase.  Please send any questions to matt@box5675.temp.domains.  We highly encourage the use of Uber/Lyft, please do not drink and drive.
