Savannah Marie IPA (7.5% ABV, 66 IBU, 8.3 SRM) is our flagship brew and very near and dear to our hearts. We wouldn’t name a beer after our second daughter without pouring every ounce of our passion and love into this brew. Hopped with Centennial, Columbus, Cascade, Chinook, Citra and 7 C’s, this is a true West Coast Style “C” Hop brew. Cascade, Simcoe and Citra dry hop ensures an amazing hop aroma. Pours dark golden with a white head of moderate retention. This beer in every single way is intended to be a West Coast style hop bomb of love. Cheers!
Angus Boy Scottish Ale (5.5% ABV, 26 IBU, 17.8 SRM) is a traditional Scottish Ale and is named after a faithful and loved four-legged pup, Angus. This beer has a malty sweetness which is accentuated by a slight caramelization by utilizing a Pale Ale Malt base, Crystal Malts and Roasted Barley. Pours a dark caramel color with a frothy head and possesses a sweet, slightly roasted aroma. Hopped with Columbus, 7 C’s for bittering and Willamette for finishing.
Haboob (6.1% ABV, 78 IBU, 29.7 SRM) is a tribute to the late summer months in central Arizona fondly referred to as “Monsoon Season” when Haboobs rip through the valley with a dramatic display of Mother Nature’s power. We’ve harnessed that beauty in our Black IPA, Haboob. Generous additions of Columbus, Cascade, Chinook and Citra hops create the backbone of this Cascadian Dark Ale. Dry hop with Fuggle, Cascade, Simcoe and Chinook ensures a pleasant hop profile against the strong malt backbone of roasted coffee and toffee flavors. A hint of chocolate on the finish rounds out this unique dark brew of bitter hop and malty goodness.
Honeysuckle Street Amber Ale (5.5% ABV, 26 IBU, 13.8 SRM) is named after the address of our original location in historic Litchfield Park AZ. Pours a deep amber with a white head. Malt forward with a touch of sweetness and light hop bitterness on the finish. Pale Ale Malt base with two varieties of Crystal Malts, White Wheat, Caramunich and a touch of Honey Malt round out the beer. Gently hopped throughout the boil with Columbus for bittering, Amarillo, Crystal and Zythos.
Lake Pleasant Pale Ale (5.8% ABV, 48 IBU, 9 SRM) is brewed as an American Style Pale – aggressively hoppy, low on the malt, crisp, fragrant and exciting. A simple malt profile of a Pale Ale Malt Base, Crystal and Carapils ensures a perfect canvas for the hops to shine. Bittered with Pac Gem and aggressively finished with a huge quantity of Chinook and Simcoe Hops that impart an amazing Pine and Grapefruit profile. Dry Hop consists of more Simcoe and Chinook to ensure a perfect complement of hop aromas. Pours golden with a white head of great retention leaving a perfect glass lacing.
Nade’s Revenge (10.0% ABV, 79 IBU, 47 SRM) is named after Nadezhda Alliluyeva the second wife of Joseph Stalin who met an unfortunate end at her own hand. This deliciously enjoyable Imperial Stout is an ode to Nade’s tenacity. This beer pours black with a tan head of moderate retention. The flavor emphasis is based on the intermingling of flavors provided by the malts: Pale Ale Malt Base, Rolled Oats, Chocolate, Crystal, and Carafa. Hopped with Columbus, 7 C’s Fuggle and Pac Gem. SRM at 47, a deep roasty and dark beer treat.
Third Sabbath (9.0% ABV, 32 IBU, 5.7 SRM) is a Gold Medal Winner of the 4th Annual Best Strong Beer as part of the yearly Arizona Strong Beer Festival. Third Sabbath is brewed to the traditional style to showcase an elegant Belgian Yeast character that has a beautiful golden color. Incredibly smooth considering the high alcohol content (Light Belgian Candi Sugar is utilized) and is well balanced. Hopped three times throughout the boil with Pac Gem.
Push Mower Blonde Ale (4.6% ABV, 12 IBU, 3.1 SRM) is a deliciously light, crisp and refreshing brew. Crafted using a Pilsner Malt Base, some Crystal Malts for mouthfeel and gently hopped to provide just a touch of bitterness. Pours a clean and clear golden with a fluffy white head which leaves a beautiful lacing on the glass. A perfectly crushable brew.
