Our menus feature scratch meals crafted under the leadership of Executive Chef Michael Mahalick. Chef Michael is well respected in the Phoenix metro area having been selected as the creator of one of the 25 Best Burgers in the Valley by The Arizona Republic, participated in the annual 7 Chefs Dinner in support of the Phoenix Children’s Hospital and was recently listed as one of the 100 Essential Restaurants in the Phoenix Metro Area. Our kitchen cooks from scratch and creates all items to order. We feature hand-cut Kennebec Potato Fries and other A la Carté options for sandwiches and burgers, house roasted meats, slow smoked BBQ and always put our spin on your classic favorites. Our menu changes approximately every six months in order to stay creative, provide interesting options and reflect the respective season.
Dine with us and enjoy some Independent Craft Beer and scratch cocktails on our patio, bar or dining room. We are a first come first served brewpub and do not take reservations. We have a full bar with an amazing bourbon selection, draft NA Root Beer and maintain approximately 6 guest taps along with our 14 taps of in-house brewed craft beer.
