Join us for an evening of the classic cuisine of Executive Chef and Co-Owner Michael Mahalick paired with select wines from Airfield Estates and Lone Birch from Yakima Washington. On 7 May, Executive Chef Michael will present a selection of dishes paired with several wines from Airfield Estates and Lone Birch of Yakima Washington. Experts on the wines will be present during the evening to include CWS, CMS L-1 Megan Groh, our partner with Copa Fina Distributors, and the National Representative for Airfield Estates/Lone Birch. The wines and cuisine pairing options will be an additional option to our regular food menu, our full cocktail menu, full wine list and all beverages.
