An Evening Wine Experience with Diana Paoloni of Villa Montefiori, home of Paoloni Wines – “Mexican Wines with an Italian Heart”
The evening includes 5 Paoloni Wines, amuse bouche, and a 3-course family style meal presented by Executive Chef Michael Mahalick.
Guests will have the opportunity to mix and mingle with fellow wine lovers and the Wine Maker herself, Diana Paoloni, daughter of Paolo Paoloni who relocated to Mexico from Italy over 30 years ago, purchased Toros Pintos in Valle de Guadalupe and founded Villa Montefiori. Paolo’s technique mirrors an old school Italian approach to wine making, which results in a wine with fresh minerality and complex wonderfully nuanced floral aromas.
This evening we will focus our love and attention on these classically styled wines with the cuisine of Executive Chef Michael served family style:
Paoloni Chardonnay, 100% Chardonnay
Paoloni Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot
Paoloni Nebbiolo de Guadalupe
Paoloni Aglianico
Paoloni Sangiovese Dry Rosé
Guests will also be able to order their own bottles of Paoloni wine to pick-up at a later date and enjoy at home with friends and family
There are two seatings available for this event, each limited to 30 tickets: 1st seating at 5pm, 2nd seating at 7:45pm
Tickets for the event are $131.10 (which includes $22 gratuity and $9.10 tax)
